Step-by-Step Guide to Quoting and Binding

Create an Online Account: Go to the first screen of the rater and click on "Create New Account". Fill in the requested information and click "Submit".

Get a quote: Click on "New Quote" and answer the questions of the following pages. When you get to the end, click on "Save and View Quote" to get a printable version of your quote.
3.
Bind your quote: Please fax the following to 866-206-2343:
- A copy of the quote sheet with the "Please bind effective" box completed with requested effective date
- A completed and signed application. Prefilled applications are available by clicking on the link above your quote.
- Any items requested in the notes section
- If you are not yet appointed with our parent company, Appalachian Underwriters Inc, an agency/broker agreement. There are no fees or premium commitments required for appointment.
4.
That's it! In less than one business day, a binder will be sent to you by fax/email.
